1000mL of 25% gluconic acid aqueous solution was heated to a boil. Solid magnesium carbonate powder was added in batches under constant agitation until the pH value of the solution remained close to 7, and then stirred for a while to complete the reaction. Then add appropriate amount of activated carbon decolorization. After the filtrate was slightly cold, 95% ethanol of the same volume was added, and a large amount of white magnesium gluconate solid was immediately precipitated. After filtration, vacuum drying was carried out at below 100℃ to produce products with two crystalline waters
